SKIN GIFTING PROCESS
𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐁𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐍 𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐑
1.) Once the order is placed, the 𝐆𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 & 𝐃𝐃 (𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞) will be provided within 𝟏-𝟐𝟒 hours. We will message you through our page for updates.
2.) When the order status is marked “PROCESSING,” it means the order is already submitted to the sender.
☞ Refresh your browser until the Sender’s Gifter ID/IGN & Delivery Date appeared as a Message.
3.) Follow the Gifter, as Moonton requires an 8-day in-game friendship before a skin can be gifted.
🚫 Do not unfollow, as this will cause delays.
🔎 To check updates: Tap Menu → then tap Processing → tap the order & tap the INV# to see full order information.
⚠️ 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆: Do NOT message the Gifter for personal reasons to avoid order cancellation.
➢ 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: Skin gifting is done between 9:00 PM – 12:00 MN.
A 1-day delay may occur, (total of 11-12 days waiting) especially if Moonton resets the gifting system, which is beyond our control.
