✅ Refundable Products

              For Diamonds & Double Diamonds only, the transaction is refundable if you receive any of the following messages. Ex.; Region Lock, Purchase Limit, Inquiry Error, or Invalid ID.

              For Weekly Diamond Pass, the transaction will be refundable only if the error message is: Ex.; Region Lock, Invalid ID, or Inquiry Error. 

⚠️ If the error is Purchase Limit ⏤ not refundable.

              👉 No need to contact Customer Service for the cases mentioned above. If the message or status falls under the listed error types, the refund will be processed within 1–12 hours.

⚠️ Exception: If the message says “Gangguan Provider”, contact Customer Service, as this indicates a provider disruption, and in some cases, the provider may re-process orders with this type of error.
